Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Payroll)

Mirevale Retail Group is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Payroll) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll and Absence - Experience with South Africa localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of OIC, OTM - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Permanent engagement, onsite in Johannesburg.
