About the role
Vardhan Power Utilities is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Payroll) to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll
- Experience with United Kingdom localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of BI Publisher, Redwood UX
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
