Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Payroll)

Lakeshore Health Network is hiring an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Payroll) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 3–7 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll and Absence - Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of HCM Extracts, REST APIs, EPM Automate Contract engagement, hybrid in Chennai.
