Oracle Fusion HCM Programme Director

Indigrove Healthcare is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Programme Director to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll and Absence - Experience with Singapore / Malaysia localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract to hire engagement, remote within Malaysia.
