About the role
Zephyrine Logistics is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Core HR) to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Core HR and Payroll
- Experience with Australia localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of BI Publisher, Redwood UX
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract engagement, onsite in Sydney.
