Associate Oracle Fusion Core HR Functional Consultant

Desertrose Retail LLC is hiring an Associate Oracle Fusion Core HR Functional Consultant to join an Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade and re-implementation. What you will do: - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Core HR - Experience with Japan / China localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups Advisory engagement, onsite in Tokyo.
