Oracle Fusion Core HR Lead

Northwyn Analytics is hiring an Oracle Fusion Core HR Lead to join a greenfield Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. What you will do: - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Core HR - Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of FBDI - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Part time engagement, fully remote.
