Sarvat ERP Solutions is hiring a Freelance Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Benefits Administration) to join the rollout of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to new countries and business units. What you will do: - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Benefits Administration - Working knowledge of BI Publisher, SQL / PL-SQL - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 37 weeks, 30 hours a week, remote — global.
