Celestra Cloud Apps is hiring a Freelance Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll — Global Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. What you will do: - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 3–7 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — Global - Experience with Canada localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs Freelance contract: 34 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
