Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director

Ledgerkraft Consulting is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Self-Service HR - Working knowledge of Workflow Builder, SOA Suite - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract to hire engagement, remote within India.
