About the role
Mehrbaan Foods is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director to join an Oracle EBS HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Self-Service HR
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Permanent engagement, onsite in Sydney.
