Elmspire Contract Solutions is hiring a Freelance Associate Oracle EBS Core HR Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM. What you will do: - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Core HR - Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of OAF, BI Publisher Freelance contract: 12 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
