About the role
Kestrelline Digital is hiring an Oracle Fusion Payroll Interface Techno-Functional Lead to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll Interface
- Experience with Europe (EU) localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of OTBI, HDL
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract engagement, hybrid in Dublin.
