Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Learning Management)

Desertrose Retail LLC is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Learning Management) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Learning Management - Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract to hire engagement, remote within Singapore.
