About the role
Brightmoor Advisory is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Learning Management) to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Learning Management and Campus Solutions
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
