About the role
Brightmoor Advisory is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft Learning Management Techno-Functional Lead to join the rollout of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Learning Management
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, PeopleCode / App Engine
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract engagement, onsite in Sydney.
