Northwyn Analytics is hiring a Freelance Oracle PeopleSoft Learning Management Lead to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. What you will do: - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Learning Management and Campus Solutions - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 28 weeks, 20 hours a week, hybrid.
