About the role
Stratavine Talent is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft Absence Management Technical Lead to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle PeopleSoft HCM estate.
What you will do:
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Absence Management
- Working knowledge of BI Publisher, SQL / PL-SQL
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract to hire engagement, remote within Saudi Arabia.
