About the role
Ravisha Workforce Partners is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Programme Director to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — Global
- Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract engagement, remote within India.
