About the role
Pinewell Capability Centre is hiring a Senior Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll — Global Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — Global
- Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs
Contract engagement, onsite in Hyderabad.
