Mehrbaan Foods is hiring a Freelance Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect (Payroll — North America) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — North America and Payroll — Global - Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher, SQL / PL-SQL - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 9 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
