About the role
Brightmoor Advisory is hiring an Oracle EBS CX Programme Director to join an Oracle EBS CX upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on Service Contracts
- Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract to hire engagement, hybrid in Sydney.
