Celestra Cloud Apps is hiring a Freelance Associate Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (TeleService) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle EBS CX estate. What you will do: - Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use - Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design - Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on TeleService - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF, BI Publisher Freelance contract: 20 weeks, 40 hours a week, hybrid.
