Kaveri Agro Industries is hiring a Freelance Oracle EBS Compensation Workbench Technical Lead to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM. What you will do: - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Compensation Workbench - Working knowledge of SOA Suite, SQL / PL-SQL, OAF - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 31 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
