About the role
Ledgerkraft Consulting is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management Technical Lead to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Customer Data Management
- Working knowledge of Essbase / Calc Scripts, OIC, OTM
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 35 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
