About the role
Ledgerkraft Consulting is hiring a Freelance Senior Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management Functional Consultant to join an Oracle Fusion CX upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Customer Data Management
- Working knowledge of BI Publisher
