Ravisha Workforce Partners is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Payroll Interface) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Payroll Interface and Wellness - Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of EPM Automate, Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 15 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
