Gulfmark Infra Holdings is hiring a Senior Oracle Fusion Strategic Workforce Planning Functional Consultant to join a greenfield Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. What you will do: - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 5–10 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Strategic Workforce Planning and Workforce Scheduling Contract to hire engagement, remote within Netherlands.
