About the role
Sarvat ERP Solutions is hiring a Freelance Associate Oracle Fusion Benefits Functional Consultant to join an Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Benefits
- Working knowledge of Smart View / FR Studio
Freelance contract: 33 weeks, 20 hours a week, remote — global.
