About the role
Lakeshore Health Network is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Programme Director to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Compensation and Benefits
- Working knowledge of OIC, OTM
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract engagement, onsite in Tokyo.
