About the role
Indigrove Healthcare is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion HCM Programme Director to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion HCM.
What you will do:
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Compensation and Benefits
- Working knowledge of EPM Automate, Visual Builder Studio
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 32 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
