About the role
Elmspire Contract Solutions is hiring a Trainee Oracle Fusion Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion HCM.
What you will do:
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Compensation and Benefits
- Working knowledge of Smart View / FR Studio, Essbase / Calc Scripts
Contract engagement, fully remote.
