Freelance Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Programme Director

Coraline Bank (GCC) is hiring a Freelance Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Programme Director to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle PeopleSoft HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Time and Labor - Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher, SQL / PL-SQL - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 8 weeks, 40 hours a week, hybrid.
