Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Programme Director

Kaveri Agro Industries is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Programme Director to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. What you will do: - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Time and Labor - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Part time engagement, remote within Germany.
