About the role
Aurenza Global Services is hiring a Senior Oracle EBS Field Service Functional Consultant to join an Oracle EBS CX upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on Field Service and TeleSales
Part time engagement, remote within India.
