Associate Oracle EBS iRecruitment Functional Consultant

Stratavine Talent is hiring an Associate Oracle EBS iRecruitment Functional Consultant to join a greenfield Oracle EBS HCM implementation. What you will do: - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on iRecruitment and Learning Management (OLM) - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL Part time engagement, fully remote.
