Associate Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Core HR)

Quantrix Product Labs is hiring an Associate Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Core HR) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Core HR and Payroll - Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder Permanent engagement, onsite in Hyderabad.
