Bluecairn Staffing is hiring a Trainee Oracle Fusion Workforce Scheduling Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion HCM to new countries and business units. What you will do: - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 0–2 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Workforce Scheduling and Payroll Interface - Experience with United Kingdom localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher Advisory engagement, remote within United Kingdom.
