Trainee Oracle NetSuite Technical Consultant (CRM)

Brightmoor Advisory is hiring a Trainee Oracle NetSuite Technical Consultant (CRM) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle NetSuite CX roadmap. What you will do: - Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement - Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows - Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 0–2 years on Oracle NetSuite CX, with hands-on CRM - Working knowledge of Power BI, SuiteScript Contract to hire engagement, remote within India.
