About the role
Zephyrine Logistics is hiring an Associate Oracle NetSuite Technical Consultant (CRM) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle NetSuite CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle NetSuite CX, with hands-on CRM
- Working knowledge of Excel, REST APIs
Advisory engagement, onsite in Hyderabad.
