About the role
Stratavine Talent is hiring an Oracle NetSuite CRM Technical Lead to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle NetSuite CX estate.
What you will do:
- Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use
- Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design
- Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle NetSuite CX, with hands-on CRM
- Working knowledge of SuiteScript, Excel, REST APIs
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Part time engagement, fully remote.
