About the role
Celestra Cloud Apps is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft ePerformance Techno-Functional Lead to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on ePerformance
- Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract engagement, onsite in Toronto.
