About the role
Quillfield Partners is hiring a Trainee Oracle PeopleSoft ePerformance Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
What you will do:
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on ePerformance
Advisory engagement, onsite in Mexico City.
