About the role
Mehrbaan Foods is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Programme Director to join the rollout of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Time and Labor and ePerformance
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, REST APIs
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
