About the role
Orchard Lane GCC is hiring an Oracle PeopleSoft Absence Management Lead to join an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Absence Management
- Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Part time engagement, hybrid in Dublin.
