Trainee Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Absence Management)

Brightmoor Advisory is hiring a Trainee Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Absence Management) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 0–2 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Absence Management - Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher, SQL / PL-SQL Contract engagement, hybrid in Mumbai.
