Celestra Cloud Apps is hiring a Freelance Oracle PeopleSoft HCM Programme Director to join a greenfield Oracle PeopleSoft HCM implementation. What you will do: - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — Global and Absence Management - Experience with United Kingdom localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 10 weeks, 20 hours a week, hybrid.
