About the role
Pranit Steel & Alloys is hiring a Senior Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll — Global Functional Consultant to join an Oracle PeopleSoft HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Payroll — Global and Absence Management
- Experience with India localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
Part time engagement, remote within India.
