About the role
Kalinga Motors is hiring an Associate Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (TeleSales) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on TeleSales
- Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder, SOA Suite
