About the role
Sarvat ERP Solutions is hiring a Freelance Oracle EBS CX Solution Architect (TeleSales) to join the rollout of Oracle EBS CX to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on TeleSales and TeleService
- Working knowledge of OAF, BI Publisher
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
